Larvamima (лат.) — род клещей (Uropodina) из семейства Uropodidae. Около 5 видов. Единственный род семейства Larvamimidae Elzinga R. J., 1993. [1] Мирмекофильная группа, ассоциированная с кочевыми муравьями родов Eciton (Eciton hamatum) и Neivamyrmex (Neivamyrmex cristatus)[2]. Клещи рода Larvamima мимикрируют личинкам муравьёв и переносятся рабочими во время кочёвок (отсюда и название рода: «похожие на личинок»)[3][4].
Распространение
Центральная и Южная Америка[2].
